Ants are usually considered a nuisance pest and only enjoy a slightly better reputation than other home invaders like cockroaches and mice. Regardless of the health issues, no one wants lots of ants crawling on their food, counters, or all around their home and furnishings. Spiders, in addition to being the most common of pest phobias, are also a valid concern for many. Service visits are scheduled three times a year to help prevent your pest problem from re-occurring or even occurring to begin with.
Spring
We perform a thorough inspection in and around your home for pest conditions, and treatment of specific problems. We apply a protective barrier around the exterior of your home to keep crawling insects from entering. We will also set non-chemical monitors in pest-prone locations.
Summer
Careful exterior inspection for and treatment of pests, especially wasp and bee's nests. We apply an exterior barrier application with a power sprayer to keep out pest invaders.
Fall
In addition to applying the protective barrier around the exterior of your home, we will inspect inside your home, and the crawlspace for potential pest/moisture problems and perform a complete 25-point Pest Management Inspection. We check your monitors, evaluate and treat any pest infestations, as well as advise you of any unrelated issues that we may find during our inspection, and you may not have been aware of.
In-Between Visits: As a Premium Protection Plan customer, they're included. Simply give us a call for any covered pest issue you may encounter between our regularly scheduled visits.
