DECO 20 Seal Waterproofing Membrane is an advanced hybrid acrylic resin coating that is specifically designed for the demanding requirements of waterproofing basements, precast concrete and masonry construction. DECO 20 Seal Waterproofing is designed for use as a waterproofing coating when hydrostatic pressure caused by the water table does exist. DECO 20 Seal Waterproofing is approved by the 2003 IBC, and will stop water leaks in nonstructural concrete cracks. There is no problems applying to damp concrete walls, and has continuous coating which will help eliminate seams. Standard color of this waterproofing product is gray, but may be painted to desired color. DECO 20 Seal Waterproofing Membrane reduces potential mold growth, besides giving your customer a dryer, better basement.
